The next iPhone has a headphone jack, but it’s not what we’ve seen in recent leaks.
We’ve heard rumors that the new iPhone will have a headphone port that’s a tad smaller and more compact than the one found on the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6 Plus.
But this has yet to materialize, so we can’t know for sure what to expect.
The headphone port is on the left of the phone, and it’s where you can actually plug in your headphones.
It’s also on the bottom of the device, and the iPhone 7’s earbuds are designed to fit that same spot.
It makes sense, then, that the iPhone’s headphone jack would be on the top of the iPhone.
But here’s what you don’t see.
Apple has been using the same headphone jack design for years, so why not stick with the same design for the new iPhones?
And there’s no reason why the iPhone wouldn’t have a removable battery, which is also the same case design for previous iPhones.
It doesn’t make sense for Apple to switch to a battery with a different design, though, so there’s a lot of uncertainty here.
